Beacon is operated by AXYZ Collective LLC. This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect when you use Beacon, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. We keep things simple: we collect what we need to run the service, we don't sell your data, and we don't track you across the web.
When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. Authentication is managed by Supabase. We do not store plain-text passwords.
When you run an analysis, we process the URL, page content, target keyword, and business context you provide. This content is passed to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your report. We store your analysis history so you can reference past results. We do not use your submitted content to train any AI model.
We store records of analyses run, credits used, and account activity. This is used to operate the credits system and to understand how the product is being used.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card number, CVC, or full card details. Stripe provides us with a customer ID and transaction records for fulfillment purposes. Stripe's privacy practices are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
We use the data we collect to:
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except as described in this policy.
Beacon relies on the following third-party services to operate. Each is governed by its own privacy policy.
Authentication and database. Stores your account, analysis history, and credit balance.
Payment processing. Handles all credit card transactions. We do not store card details.
AI analysis engine. Your submitted content and URL are sent to Claude to generate the analysis report.
Lighthouse performance data. If you provide a URL, it is sent to Google's PageSpeed API to fetch Core Web Vitals.
Transactional email delivery. Used to send account confirmation and password reset emails.
Your account data and analysis history are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., payment transaction records required for tax compliance, which Stripe retains per their policies).
Beacon uses cookies solely to maintain your authenticated session (via Supabase SSR auth). We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. No cross-site tracking occurs.

Beacon is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
